Refund Policy

We provide a range of different portfolio for you to view and we have a brief discussion about your project before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and are completely comfortable. Working with us if you have any questions, doubts or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. Thank you!

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, our clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of service renewals for on‐going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.

Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We try our best to satisfy our clients with every necessary effort. However, if still any client thinks that the delivered project is not as per their requirement details, they can apply for a refund of the paid amount from us.

Refund Policy for Web Design

Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non‐refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all money paid are retained by DigiUncle and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Refund Policy for Website Hosting

Payments for past months of web hosting are non‐refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received. If client paid for hosting account for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount.

Partial Refund:

Due to nature of our business for some of our services like custom web development we don't offer 100% refund or money back. We offer partial refunds after adjusting the work done. If you don't want to continue with our service, then you may cancel your service by sending us an Email. Once you cancel the work, your money will be calculated based on the services already executed and delivered (Eg. If 30 days of work out of 100 days are already done, then we will send the remaining 70% of the payments will be made). The deliverables would be the source files as well as related database, diagrams and your documents. We'll issue 100% refund within 2 working days through the same means of payments made.

No refunds:

As per our SEO contract we do not refund for initial SEO setup or Link building, since SEO process and deliverables are irreversible. We also do not refund domain name registrations done through us, since no registration provider will refund us.
